In Washington, anytime you receive a firearm from another person or business, the law requires that it be transferred through a licensed FFL. We provide a fast, private, and flexible transfer service with the best pricing in Seattle. Please contact us before you ship anything so we can schedule your transfer.

  • Step 1
    For online purchases, buy your firearm and select Fire Control Group LLC as your FFL.

    (For other types of transfers, reach out. We follow the same process and can adjust as needed.)

    Step 2
    Contact us and let us know the firearm is on the way so we can prepare for the shipment.

    Step 3
    We notify you as soon as it arrives and schedule your background check appointment.

    Step 4
    Come in for the background check appointment. It takes about 15 minutes.
    Bring your Washington ID with your current address and cash for the transfer fee.

    Step 5
    We wait for the background check to complete. Washington requires a minimum 10 day waiting period for most firearms.

    Step 6
    Once you are approved, we schedule a pickup appointment at a time that works for you.
